Hon. Pauline Wangari Mbulikah is a Deputy Registrar at the High Court of Kenya with over Fourteen years’ experience in the Legal Profession with nine years’ service in the Judiciary of Kenya under different cadres.

Hon. Pauline currently serves as a Deputy Registrar, Office of Registrar High Court. She has extensive experience in High Court Administrative processes. She is involved in various initiatives that aim to promote access to justice for all.

 Hon. Pauline has been involved in the development of various Information Education and Communication (IEC) materials and publications including Adoption Process Simplified, Succession Steps, High Court Strategic Plan, High Court Practice Directions, Mediation Action Plan, Bill on the rules to the Matrimonial Property Act to name a few.

She holds a bachelor's Degree in Law from Moi University (LLB) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is currently undertaking her Master of Laws (LLM) in Environmental Law at the University of Nairobi.

 Hon. Pauline is an Executive member of the International Women Judges Association (IAWJ) Kenyan Chapter and a member of the Kenya Judges and Magistrates Association (KMJA). She currently serves as Chairperson of a Committee on the Development of High Court Administration Handbook and a member of various Judiciary committees that aim to improve service delivery. She has previously served as the Organising Secretary of the Mombasa Law Society.
